Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your item and come back and place more business with us, or even recommend us to your friends and family.  However, we realise that you may want to return an item back to us.

We then you will be very pleased to hear that we have a 30 days, no quibble money back quarantee.

You may do this providing the item is returned back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in the same condition you received it from us and unused.  Please be aware that you are responsible for the safe return of item, any damages incured in transit back to us, are your responsibility, as is taking out adequate postage insurance to cover your return parcel.

Items returned back to us will also incur a 5% (handling fee.  This will be deducted from our final refund to you.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 48 WORKING HOURS of us receiving your item back into stock.  REFUNDs will be paid back into the same account, from which the original payment came from, ie. Paypal Account, Credit Card etc.  However, please remember that Credit Card refunds can take anything from 5 to 10 business days, (please allow for this).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Until our site is fully functional, shipping is within UK Mainland only.  Customers from outside of UK Mainland, are more than welcome to register and join as customers and may even want to join our mailing list, where will are sending out regular Newsletters.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS (Europe only)  please contact us for shipping cost for your items, before ordering.  Thank you.

All items on our website are in stock at our warehouse.  Please allow upto 72 working hours for your item to be shipped.  Smaller items however are much sooner.

We therefore anticipate you will receive your item within 5 working days from receipt of your payment.  Please remember if you have registered as a Customer, you will also receive regular updates from us, as to the status of your order.

Please also note that all our items are inclusive of shipping costs, as already mentioned within UK Mainland only.
