Shipping & Delivery

• Our postage and packaging cost is £3.50, or free when you spend £30.
• Most orders are dispatched within 72 working hours of purchase, though please allow up to 5 working days during busier periods, as we are a small family team.
• Items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Evri.
• Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Let us know of the damage & provide photographs / videos if possible. Returns need to be delivered back to us within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund / exchange to be made.

Let us know your return request. Full refunds will be issued if you change your mind, however the item will need to be returned to us in brand new re-sellable condition and delivered to us within 28 days of you first receiving the order. The return postage cost in this instance is at the buyer's own expense.
